The Sail Malaysia Passage To The East 2025 Yacht Rally made a week's stop in the country before resuming their journey. The rally started from Pulau Langkawi in April 2025 and will end in Tawau, Sabah in September 2025.

Around 80 participants from 18 countries took part in the annual rally.  RTB's crew had the opportunity to interview some of the participants.
